Student Physical Form

All students must pass a physical before allowed to participate in the marching band. Please use this form when visiting the physician. Free physicals are offered at the Memorial Hermann Nimitz Health Center (832-658-5220]

Band Student Fees

Details the student dues and is broken by line item. There are separate fee schedules for new students, returning students and students in the Stars color guard. The separate fees are due to each of these groups having different needs.
